RealNetworks is seeking a iOS Developer for SAFR, our AI-based computer vision platform. In this position, you will employ your expertise in Swift, AVFoundation, AppKit, and UIKit to create video-, graphics-, and interaction-rich iOS and macOS applications interfacing with core computer vision SAFR services. You will join a talented, international team responsible for building complex software applications based in machine learning.
In this role, you will be:
- Developing new features, applications, and SDKs in Swift for iOS, macOS and Linux;
- Maintaining existing applications and SDKs and refactoring/improving upon existing code;
- Writing and executing unit tests and working with the QA;
- Participating in and performing code reviews; and
- Implementing coding assignments within estimates, providing proper documentation.
To be considered a candidate for this role, you should have a university degree, as well as:
- Experience in Swift development on iOS or macOS;
- Experience in developing GUI for iOS or macOS applications;
- Experience in programming client applications in Swift, C, C++, Java, or C#;
- Solid knowledge of client-server architecture and working with Internet protocols;
- Experience in threading, concurrency, performance optimization, and analyzing algorithms; and
- Solid understanding of usability designs in user facing applications.
Ideally, you will also have experience in:
- AVFoundation or ARKit
- Development on Linux
- Ffmpeg
