nk asset management firm with total AUM of around EUR 500m, managed within multiple strategies ranging from fixed-income to equities and derivatives. With headquarters in Zagreb, InterCapital Asset Management oversees assets invested both globally and in the CEE/SEE region.
As a junior risk manager at InterCapital Asset Management, you will:
✓ Assist in planning, designing, and implementing an overall risk management process
✓ Collaborate closely with Front Office on risk-taking activities and limits utilization
✓ Identify, measure, and monitor risk exposure of investment funds
✓ Evaluate risk, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization
✓ Perform stress tests
✓ Produce regular reports
Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Computer science or Mathematics required / Master’s Degree preferred
✓ Previous experience in investment management is not required but is an advantage
✓ Ability to quickly and collaboratively add value with a strong alignment to InterCapital’s culture and processes
✓ Willingness to learn from others as well as confidence in the ability to convey conviction about own ideas
✓ High degree of integrity, initiative, results in orientation, and entrepreneurial attitude
✓ Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel
✓ Programming skills preferred (R, Python…)
