We are looking for a technical support specialist to join our IT team. Someone who has experience in IT sector but mainly someone who wants to grow with the company and who is eager to learn. The ideal candidate has experience in IT support sector, SQL database, and strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills. You’ll take an active part within the enterprise e-commerce platform and ERP system.
Technical Support Specialist (m/f)

You’ll take an active part within the enterprise e-commerce platform and ERP system.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT FOREO
- Provide assistance and technical support to ERP system users
- Provide assistance to the development team by testing features and gathering feedback from the end users
- Document application changes and procedures
- Gather, process and enter data relevant to the system
- Responding to department inquiries
- Email correspondence
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Patience, good listening skills and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of ERP system preferred
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in software testing and quality assurance is a plus
- Team player
- Strong work ethics
