We are looking for a Student in Technical Support (m/f) who will work with requests coming from internal colleagues regarding software and hardware equipment for 4-6 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a Student in Technical Support (m/f) who will work with requests coming from internal colleagues regarding software and hardware equipment for 4-6 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
What is it all about?
- Handling various equipment for company needs,
- ordering equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals, accessories),
- managing equipment knowledgebase,
- setting up computers from ground up – installing OS, creating users, managing user rights and privileges,
- installing applications,
- licence management,

inventory management.
What we expect from you?
- Knowledge of hardware, building computers,
- to follow current news in the IT world,
- experience with installing operating systems,
- experience in management users and their privileges,

experience installing applications.
