Orqa is working on a custom 5G/4G software stack, enabling low latency AR/VR and drone applications. We are developing gNB/eNB and network core solutions for private mobile networks built for special applications where form-factor and latency performance are critical.
You will be a part of the team that works on the bleeding edge mobile technology.
Preferably, you’re a 5th-year student at FER or FERIT, ideally, you’ve just graduated. You enjoy facing difficult challenges. You love that feeling when you solve something that seemed like an impossible problem only 2 weeks ago. Your favorite type of problem is the one that can’t be googled or found on Stack Overflow. You know how to debug your code, and you’re the one your colleagues call when they need their code to be debugged. You’re a Linux native, and you’re familiar with shell scripting.
REQUIREMENTS:

fluency with Linux, Docker, and Git;

experience with multiplatform development (C++ / Go / Pyton);

understanding of: OSI model, IPv4/6, routing protocols, IP/MPLS backbone design;

bonus points if you have a basic understanding of O-RAN, UMTS/LTE/NR mobile core signalisation, 3G/4G/5G radio technology
