Greyp Bikes, a sister company of Rimac Automobili, is a tech company that produces electric bicycles. We design, engineer and produce high-end electric bicycles with amazing technology and performance. We are a young team with already respectable know-how and sufficient resources and are looking to expand our team with members that can contribute in creating the coolest two-wheelers on the planet.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking the lifecycle of tickets, keeping the statuses up to date and all stakeholders properly informed,
- Communication with customer and understanding the customer perspective and occasionally handle difficult customers,
- Information correlation from various sources and observation of different patterns of behaviour,
- Administrative duties – reporting, Salesforce update, etc.
Requirements:
- Willing and able to stay longer than 6 months- student rights valid for at least 1 year,
- Experienced in iOS and Android device set up and troubleshooting,
- Familiarity with any form of help desk/service desk tools,
- Linux OS user, able to confirm network set up and operation, navigate the system, check process states and performance, edit and transfer files, troubleshoot issues,
- Basic knowledge of TCP and UDP protocols, tools to capture and analyze network traffic,
- Good with a basic set of MS Office tools, with Jira and some knowledge of Instabug preferred but not mandatory,
- Naturally willing to help and support, emphatic personality,
- Great in communicating with others and remaining calm in crisis situations,
- Ability to switch between priorities and to multitask,
- DIY – mentality likes to investigate, troubleshoot and fix stuff,
- Great knowledge of English – speaking and writing,
- Valid driver’s license.
