Guest Lectures
Professors at the faculty are open to hosting speakers who will give a lecture during the course, to provide insight into the processes and technologies used in practice. To accomplish this goal, it is best to send us a few suggestions of topics of lectures and we will see whether such themes correspond with the curriculum and which professors are interested in hosting you.
Please keep in mind it is not permitted to promote the employer, as well as selection and recruitment in these lectures.
Graduation Thesis
Students start preparing for their graduation thesis in the 2nd semester of the Graduate Study, working on the Seminar course. They continue with the Project course in the 3rd semester, followed by a Graduation Thesis in the last semester of their studies. Students are advised to work on related subjects throughout all three courses.
When possible, students are encouraged to work on their graduation thesis in cooperation with the companies. Present us with topics students could work on within their graduation thesis, and we will introduce you to potential mentors.
Extracurricular Activities
Directly participate in the teaching process through defining and performing “Skills” – extracurricular activities in the form of courses where students can acquire specific knowledge and competencies that will help them to quickly engage in business processes after graduation.
Companies interested in teaching Skills can send us a proposal for a new Skill at FER. We will contact potentially interested professors and check if they are willing to be lecturers in charge.
All the materials used in teaching will remain in FER’s archive and the company will be able to use them later on, with reference to their primary purpose. If necessary, presentations used in the classroom can be published on the faculty’s website.
Joint Projects
If you are interested in a joint project application or would like FER as one of the partners on your project, please contact us with the project proposal. Career Center will link you to professors who are potentially interested in cooperation.
