The On-Campus Recruiting program allows you to hold presentations and conduct interviews at the faculty.
Career Centre will help you organize the event to best match your academic calendar and similar events. We will also help you promote your event and ensure that information reaches the targeted audience.
Presentations can last for 30 minutes and can be on any topic you choose. We suggest you talk about the problem future candidates will work on, and close the presentation with information about workplace, recruitment process and work conditions in general and everything else you think candidates might find relevant.
You can post the position for which you are hiring on the Job Board or search for candidates yourself. Candidates will send their applications directly to you and, after you select the candidates you wish to interview, we can coordinate the interview or you can do it directly with the candidates – just let us know what you prefer.
For the purpose of conducting interviews we will provide you with a room at FER and the necessary infrastructure.
