We are e2 Security, a cybersecurity company looking to bring new Penetration Testers into our highly skilled team. You will be working in a close-knit team of experts who deliver the highest standards of penetration testing. We are looking to ensure growth within the team.
Company location: Croatia
Work location: from home or by appointment at Matrix Office Park
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Independent planning, execution, and documentation of penetration tests with different scope – internal/external, web, mobile applications, network and IT infrastructure, Cloud, code reviews,
- Improvement and re-development of attacks (threat modeling), methods and tools,
- Support in resolving previously identified vulnerabilities.
We don’t expect you to already be a master in all these areas.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate has:
- Willingness to continuous learning and curiosity in the security/penetration testing/ethical hacking field,
- Knowledge of current development of IT technology,
- Knowledge of tools, techniques, and methodologies for pen testing,
- Very technically minded with a genuine interest in the field,
- The ability to think creatively and strategically to penetrate security systems,
- Problem solving/Troubleshooting,
- Creativity in new projects
- Willingness to continuous learning and curiosity,
- Teamwork skills,
- Good/very good/excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English.
AN ADDITIONAL PLUS:
- Ability to write scripts or code,
- Desire for further development (specialization in network, cloud, web, mobile apps, etc.).
However, if you don’t match all the criteria, don’t feel put off – we will consider candidates who have an interest in a career in ethical hacking, with some existing practical experience and a desire to learn.
