We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter equipment in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, mainly in the Central and North parts of the country. We are looking for a reliable and accurate team player, who will take the responsibility for delegated tasks. A self-motivated and flexible person who is willing to travel with a valid driving license.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Installation and service support for Beckman Coulter equipment
Providing authoritative support on the site and by telephone
Maintaining a professional relationship with the customers
Supporting new products introduction
Providing technical user training to customers
Supporting Service team in all customer-related activities
Reporting service activities, entering and closing tasks in SMS
Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar discipline with 1+ year experience
Good communication and organizational capabilities
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Computer skills in MS Office
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Logical and creative thinking and problem-solving approach
Developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities
Ability to recognize and solve typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods
