We are looking for Junior Technical Support Engineer (m/f) to join our team in Zagreb. As a Junior Technical Support Engineer you will be working with an ambitious and flexible team of young engineers and making sure our products are stable, consistent, reliable and easy-to-use. This role requires a mixture of business, sales and technical ability. We do not expect any experience, as long you are motivated and willing to learn.
Your responsibilities
- Obtaining detailed knowledge of b2match products and applications
- Understanding technical and commercial requirements of customers
- Ensuring all development tasks have been successfully completed meeting previously defined requirements
- Evaluating new features, analysing product performance and suggesting improvements
- Identifying, documenting and tracking bugs
- Providing detailed and constructive feedback to technical and non-technical colleagues
- Writing technical documentation for existing and new functionalities
- Promoting an overall culture of quality
What are we looking for?
- You are a senior year student from technical, computer science or related area
- You can work at least 50% of full time working hours
- You have passion for IT and technology
- Excellent communication and organisation skills, ability to work in a team
- You are able to present products and ideas with ease
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of product
- Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving, out-of-the-box thinking
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in English
