Our team consists of around 50 passionate individuals who share the same goal – moving the insurance industry’s boundaries.
Our vision and hard work led us to the 5M USD investment from Investors such as Speed Invest, Lead Ventures, SGH Capital and Bee Next. Our clients are on five continents and 30 different countries.
One of our primary goals is to help insurers get the most value from the behavioral data acquired through our innovative telematics technology.
We are a company with the tech behind the unique LaqoPrevent and Smart kasko program. The LaqoPrevent program is part of Croatia’s LAQO insurance offer, the first fully digital insurance solution in southern Europe, and the Smart kasko program is part of Uniqa Croatia’s offer, the first innovative Pay per mile solution in the EU.
Junior Customer Engagement Specialist manages content of customer engagement campaigns including communications through various channels.
All about the role:

Engaging in Collaborative Workshop with reputable Clients from International Financial Institutions to understand their Business Goals, and converts them into result-oriented Customer Engagement tactics,

Designing, planning, and documenting Engagement strategy for Smartphone App users
-
Executing Engagement strategy through predetermined channels, and using predefined Engagement mechanics,

Following best practices in Digital Marketing, to increase Smartphone App user Engagement,
-
Communication with internal Technical Team, that supports execution of the user Engagement Strategy

Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, where high-level communication standards need to be always maintained,
-
Support and collaboration with the Product and Growth team, providing marketing collateral including written and visual content.

Monitoring the results and outcome of Engagement strategy execution, and providing structured feedback to the Client
We’re looking for :

Basic knowledge of HTML, scripting, and web publishing

Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.

Outstanding communication skills.

Great attention to detail and result-driven approach.

Excellent organizational abilities.

High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
